Frequently Asked Questions For wonderstruck
- How long is the show?
The show is approximately 80 minutes in duration. There is no intermission.
-What time does the show start?
Always check your ticket in case there is a special start time. Late entries will be denied entry to avoid disruption. We suggest arriving 15-30 minutes early to check in.
- What is the seating like? Is there space between seats?
It's not a crowded and everyone will sit with their group. You cannot reserve any specific seats but rest assured you will be seated with your group. If you have multiple people in a group, please advise in advance so we can co-ordinate.
-What is your policy on refunds?
There are no refunds unfortunately, but if you give proper notice, we can change your date for a future show so your tickets are not wasted.
-Can I take photos/video?
Photos are allowed, video is not unless given permission. We ask that phones stay in your pocket for the performance unless you want to capture that special moment!
- All ages?
Absolutely yes! Whether you're young or young at heart, you will enjoy the show!
-Can I call the venue to secure a seat in the show or make a show reservation...
No, everything has to be done managed through us. If you have a question or need to exchange your tickets, please contact us.
Private Events
Michael is available for private events; whether it be a gathering of friends or a corporate function, the show can come to you or you can arrange for a private presentation on location.
Shows can range from strolling magic during cocktails or a welcome reception to grand scale feature shows in front of any sized audience.
Michael has over 20 years experience and has been seen all over the world. He has a massive social media following of over 2.5 million people and presented over 7500 shows in his career. You can have the show in-person or virtually!
